- Standardised induction Every new employee in the pfm medical Group follows a set training programme. This introduces new employees to the major business areas – from quality management to the basics of medical engineering.
- Strategic annual review Once a year, employees and managers meet for a review discussion. Depending on the employee’s qualifications, corporate targets and individual targets, they discuss further development options and select appropriate training activities.
- Regular product-specific training pfm medical offers an extensive product range. To ensure that our employees are always up to date, they receive regular training on new development or applications.
- Live operations in our in-house media centre Because it would be impossible for all customers and employees to look over the surgeon’s shoulder in person, we transmit interesting procedures to our media centre. These live-case operations are shown in professional presentations. All customers and employees have the opportunity of putting questions to the surgeon, before, during and after the procedure, which will then be discussed in an open debate. Training courses for customers are certified by an independent provider.
