For decades, plastics processing has been the basis for the production of single-use disposable medical products. It is with good reason that the founding company of pfm medical was called ‘PfM - Plastik für die Medizin’ (plastic for medicine).
We produce parts from technical and medical plastics using the following techniques:
Mastery of these fundamental technologies enables us to produce a major proportion of our product portfolio ourselves and to react quickly and flexibly to specific demands such as, for example, your requirements.
This extrusion technique is used for the production of tubes from a wide range of materials (e.g. PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PUR (polyurethane) and PA (polyamide)) with external diameters from one to ten millimetres.

Injection molding makes it possible to manufacture molded parts for immediate use in large numbers by using molding machines with clamping forces between 22 to 125 t and shot weights between 0.5 and 280 g.

We use extrusion blow molding for the production of hollow articles. The strengths of this technology lie in its wide range of sizes, extensive freedom of design and variable procedures.
Our machine for extrusion blow molding has a clamping force of up to 10 t.
