As an innovative manufacturer, sales specialist and service provider, with our supply chain management we coordinate both information and goods flow throughout the entire value creation chain. To ensure this, we work in a coordinated supply chain in permanent cooperation-based partnerships with our suppliers and service providers.
As an authorised economic operator (AEO-certified), pfm medical is today already part of a secured global supply chain. In order to perform this efficiently we use a paperless order and invoicing system. In addition, we are also in the IDOC (intermediate document) implementation process, as well as the UDI guidelines (Unique Device Identification).

In order to be certain that all suppliers satisfy our standards and those of our customers with regard to quality and delivery performance, we evaluate all suppliers at regular intervals.
Each pfm medical production facility which is supplied provides an evaluation for this process. Together with product quality, reliability in daily collaboration with all of its relevant interfaces is taken into account. The individual evaluations together provide a consolidated overall picture of the individual supplier, which is of decisive importance in the ordering process for new projects.
