Histotechnology Service Training - Publication of your photo
Dear Participant,
with your consent we may take photos of you as participant of our Histotechnology Service Training and
publish them internally (pfm medical gmbh including subsidiaries) for communication about the event
(intranet site “WeShare” by MangoApps Inc., USA).
The prerequisite for the publication of your photos is, in addition to the transfer of the corresponding rights of
use, your consent under data protection law.
In this context, the photos will be collected, processed and used by pfm medical gmbh for the following
purposes:
- Recording/archiving your consent to the publication of your photos for the purpose described.
- Publication of your photos.
The data is stored in an access-protected manner.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The
aforementioned data is processed in compliance with German and European data protection law. Your data will
be stored for as long as pfm medical gmbh uses the image rights, but at least for as long as there is a statutory
retention period.
